Once you have scheduled a WebEx meeting with CHARTCARE, you can download and install the required WebEx software beforehand in order to be ready for the interactive demonstration. To prepare your PC in advance of the arranged demo, simply go to http://CHARTCARE.webex.com and click on New User

Depending on your connection speed, this will take only 15 - 30 seconds. If you prefer, your CHARTCARE meeting host can talk you through the WebEx installation process immediately before your scheduled demonstration.
